"Homage Småland!" is the name of a hand printed pattern with tales
from the woods for both the livingroom and the imagination.






"Gothenburg University Library". The top picture shows the front and back cover of a brochure that I, together with Sofia Lodmark Wallner, designed for the Gothenburg University Library 2009. The deep black cover is laminated with a negative dry embossing (Blank seglaminering och negativ prägling).


"Swedish Secretariat for Gender Research". This is a graphic design for a newsletter that illustrates and surveys "the climate" of gender research at different Swedish universities.






"Marine Paint". This is a cover and two spreads for the Annual Report of 2008. Marine Paint is a research programme aimed at developing marine antifouling paints which are more environmentally friendly than those in use today.


"Amphi Produktion". This is the front of a promotion folder that talks about how facility personnel can prevent the cycle of domestic violence.


If nature was to move in and live with you, you would probably treat it more carefully. And in a couple of weeks you would treat it as a friend. Why is outside different? This typeface was made for a sustainable development campaign, and the photo is from Folio.

The following 8 pictures you are about to see is part of my recently
finished master-exam work called "Ånyo". The project illustrates
34 touchdowns in Swedish history. The result is a book with pictures and
texts on a broad selection of historical persons and events. Now and then,
large and small, mishaps and achievements. The purpose is to increase
the interest for the subject, via an unprejudiced and entertaining
entrance to Swedish history.


"Yngsjömordet". A sad, forgotten story that took place in south of Sweden 1889 where Hanna Johansdotter was murdered by her husband and mother in law.


"Gustav Vasas trasa". This one illustrates a classic jingle which includes
a king, some pee and a rag.
“Kristian Tyrann kissa’ ner sig så det rann,
men då kom Gustav Vasa och torka’ upp med en trasa.”


"Den svenska rasläran". The satanic castle above was actually an institute in Stockholm 1922 where some medical scientists thought they should map the race.


"Ice ice baby". Gillis Grafström was an architect who turned
out to be a fantastic figure skater in the early 1920’s.


"In memory of Cats". Cats Falck was a Swedish TV-journalist who
vanished in 1984. This drawing represents a glimt of the last
night she was seen alive.


"Kullhammar". Jonas Kullhammar, one of my favorite saxophone players will probably/hopefully end up in history books. And he just did.


"From Russia with love". This is a thank-you-very-much-post-card sent
from the former
Soviet Union to Stig Wennerström.



"Nina Syde & Magnus Eckeskog" This is a wedding invitation for my dear friends Nina and Magnus that got married June 6. Congratulations!

"Bugge Wesseltoft: Sharing". This fictional album cover was made by interpreting the music, without looking at its original package.

"Sufjan Stevens: Greetings from Michigan the great lakes state". This fictional album cover was made by interpreting the music, without looking at its original package. The original illustrations are from A&W:s Färgserien.


"The Essex Green: Long Goodbye". This fictional album cover was made by interpreting the music, without looking at its original package.



This is a fictional tour-poster for one of my favorite bands right now.


"Amphi Produktion". This promotion folder belongs to an educational film production company located in Gothenburg who works with questions concerning masculinity, equality and violence against woman. The folder is related to the education material underneath and is almost like an extended business card. Photo: Thomas Bergh.




"Ingen ser oss". This is an unfolded front and a spread from a 44 sheet education material regarding equality, violence and masculinity. The purpose of this brochure is to create conditions that can contribute to building new structures and values in schools and workplaces.

"Bird, Monk and Miles". These three illustrations were made for an intended series of jazz autobiographies.



"Buga". A Visual identity for a catering firm.



"The Singphabet / Sångfabetet". For a long time I really thought it was going to end up as a book, but it turned out to be a good looking 50 x 70 cm poster instead for you who like illustrations and community singing.


"Mot ljusare tider". This screen printed lampshade with detailed illustrations surrounding it, hopefully makes you want to stare into the light more often.


This battle took place a couple of years ago between me and my dear friend Joakim Knapp. We fought six rounds in graphic design, borrowing elements from each other. It was great, even though I got injured.


"New Arrivals". This is poster was
made for the HDK Bachelor Exhibition 2006.


"Tillskärarakademin". This envelope belongs to an imaginary
visual identity for the Cutters Academy in Gothenburg.
